Key features and review of the VK Mobile VK800

VK Mobile VK800 is a compact and user-friendly cell phone with clamshell mechanism. It is measuring 44 x 79 x 24 mm and weighing 79g. The phone is very light and feeling comfortable to hold. It is powered by a Lithium-Ion battery, which has capacity to work up to 250 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 3 hours. The VK Mobile VK800 comes with TFT 256K colors display with the resolution of 128 x 143 pixels, which is not very high but is sufficient for a small phone like this. A second external 65K colors display of 64 x 96 pixels is also available with this handset.

The phone has a nice quality 1.3 mega pixel digital camera that can captures still photograph up to 1280 x 960 pixels, a perfect resolution for standard 4 x 6 inch prints. Camera not only captures photo, even it can also records VGA videos with sound. It also has MP3 player. All these features are packed in a sleek and durable plastic body with silver exterior.

VK Mobile VK800 supports Dual-band GSM 900/ GSM 1800 MHz as well as GPRS and a range of applications such as Java, WAP, Polyphonic ring tones, SMS, EMS, MMS, Vibration alert, Games, Scheduler, Calculator, Unit convert, Calendar, calculator, Photo call and phonebook where one can record up to 500 phone numbers. It also supports USB connectivity to downloading of data from computer.
