Sony Ericsson W550 is a compact and smart mobile phone introduced by Sony Ericsson in 2005. It is 46 x 93 x 22 mm in size and 120g in weighs. It is relatively light weighs and feeling to hold a nice phone. It is powered by a Li-Po 900 mAh standard battery, which has capacity to work up to 400 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 8 hours 30 min. The Sony Ericsson W550 comes with TFT 256K colors display with resolution of 176 x 220 pixels, which is sufficient for small phone like this. The phone comes with beautiful games and to enjoy these games it has dedicated gaming buttons. Along with good numerical keypad you can also find a five-way joystick button centered below the display to operate menus.

Sony Ericsson W550 is also equipped with a 1.3 mega pixel that will not only captures still images even it can also records video clip with sound. The phone has an integrated MP3 player. MP3 and MPEG4 are both formats, which can be stored for playback on the Sony Ericsson W550. Unlike other mobile phones memory is not a problem with this phone, it comes with a huge 256 MB of internal memory, but, remember there is no card slot for extra memory.
