Philips Genie DB is a simple but smart looking cell phone. The phone is too wide measuring 54 x 110 x 20 mm and weighs 99g. Made of good plastic, good design and shape giving the phone gives an attractive look. The phone is powered by a Li-Ion 550 mAh standard battery that will work up to 130 hours in standby mode and 2 hours of talks.

The Philips Genie DB comes with Monochrome graphic display with the resolution of 64 x 100 pixels, which is standard resolution for this category of phones. The plastic keypad has good placed keys making the phone easier to dial.

Philips Genie DB supports for Dual-band GSM 900/ GSM 1800 MHz and offers various features such as 12 Monophonic ring tones, Vibration alert, Alarm, Clock, Games, SMS, Voice dial, Voice command, To Do list, Organizer, Call records (10 dialed, 10 received, 10 missed calls) and Phonebook that can store up to 100 phone numbers.

Philips Genie DB is great mobile phone, nice menu and great features and affordable too. But, sorry it is not available now days.
