Key features and review of the NEC N938

A truly marvelous designed phone is NEC N938. A very excellent shaped and designed phone introduced by NEC. Its look is often confused with ipods. It exactly looks like ipod with bigger screen. This classic phone has much more to offer you rather than normal features. This phone is really an upmarket phone. NEC N938 is 56 x 87 x 14 mm in size and 79g in weighs, which is average weight and comfortable lie in hand and easily slipped into the pockets.

The NEC N938 has TFT Touch screen display with 65K colors and resolution 176 x 220 pixels, which are clear and considered as medium resolution. The front keypad is just like Ipod scrolled, where you can navigate manus of the phone with the help of touch. Its second keypad has nice design and has enough space in between the numerical keys to deal with.

The NEC N938 comes with TFT, which is sufficient for this type of phone. I also find a dedicated camera button to side of the cell phone. There is nice LED, which notifies users of new messages, active network and missed calls. This is not common for all NEC handsets and is not necessary to pick up and activate the device to see whether any alerts are waiting. The Manu is also designed nicely and user-friendly.

NEC N938 supports for Dual-band GSM 900/ GSM 1800 MHz for network connectivity. This phone has GPRS, Blue tooth, for downloading content from the Internet or from PC. The other features includes; SMS, MMS, WAP, 64-channels polyphony, Handwriting recognition, Downloadable pictures, Vibration alerts, Clock, Alarm, Games, Calculator and phonebook with record able 500 entries. It is also equipped with a VGA, 640 x 480 pixels camera with flash to supports for picture taking and the phone has 2 MB memory to store your favorite application.

The phone is run by 550 mAh Li-Ion standard batteries, which has capacity to work up to 130 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 2 hours, which is less as compared with the standard. This phone look a like ipod, overall it has received mixed response from the user.
