Key features and review of the NEC N110

NEC N110 has a very standard design phone comes with very basic features what is most looking by low end user. The phone is 45 x 84 x 24 mm in size and weighs 85g, relatively light weight phone that easily fit into your hand and slipped into your pockets. The phone has beautiful designed that easily hold your attention.

The NEC N110 comes with STN 65K colors display with the resolution of 128 x 160 pixels, which are considered in medium range resolution. It has second B/W display of resolution 96 x 64 pixels to intimate you for any received call before actually receiving call. The other things you will notice is the phone has flip to prevent any accidental dialing when store in the pocket. Its keypad is soft, so pressing a numeric key is now comfortable and also its keypad has ergonomically designed so that you can take maximum use out of its keypad. The only thing, which will disappoint you, is the navigation button, which is slightly congested.

NEC N110 supports for Dual-band GSM 900/ GSM 1800 MHz for network connectivity. The other features includes; GPRS, Java, 16-channels polyphony, SMS, EMS, MMS, Vibration alert, Schedule, Alarm, Clock, Games, Calculator, Organizer, Currency converter and phonebook, where you can store up to 250 records. These features are enough for user to cheer up.

The N110 is also equipped with a VGA, 640x480 pixels camera supports for picture taking and the phone also has 2.3 MB shared memory to store application such as ring tones, games, wallpapers etc. The phone is powered by 700 Li-ion mAh standard batteries, which has capacity to work up to 180 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 4 hours, which is slightly below the standard.
