Key features and review of the LG G1700

LG G1700 is a simple and basic mobile phone that has all the basic features you can expect from a mid-range mobile phone. The phone is lightweight at 80g and measuring 101 x 44 x 22 mm. The phone is powered by a Li-ion 700 mAh standard battery, which has capacity to work up to 300 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 2 hours.

The phone is equipped with STN 4096 colors display screen of resolution 128 x 128 pixels. It has excellent numeric keypad that has well placed keys making the phone easier to dial. To control various menu options it has a dedicated four-way navigation button centered below the display to operate menus.

LG G1700 supports for Dual-band GSM 900/GSM 1800. It does not support any connectivity for data transfer except GPRS. Other features of the phone are WAP browser, , SMS, EMS, MMS, Polyphonic ring tones, vibration alert, you can assigned your ring tones to phonebook entries, Clock, Alarm, T9, Calculator, Calendar, Call records (15 dialed, 15 received, 15 missed calls), Built-in hands free, Currency converter and phonebook.

Overall, the LG G1700 is a great camera and very useful for first time user.
