Key features and review of the LG 500

LG 500 is a nice and user-friendly mobile phone. This is a basic phone and offers all the basic needs, but excuse for advance features. The phone is measuring 109 x 46 x 20 mm and weighs 90g. The phone is equipped with a 124 x 90 pixels monochrome screen display. The screen has Aqua green backlight making the phone stunning. The numeric keypad is protected by a extra cover that will protect the keypad from dust and scratch. To operate menus there is a five-way joystick. For network connectivity the phone supports Dual-band GSM 900/1800 MHz. It doesn't support any connectivity for data transfer, no GPRS, no Infrared and even no USB supports.

LG 500 offers monophonic ring tones that you can choose from easy to use menu. There is a composer where you can create and edit new ring tones. It has vibration mode that will alert you while you are busy and unable listen to ring tones. Other features of the phone are WAP browser, SMS, Clock, Alarm, Games, Calculator, Scheduler, Voice dial, Voice memo, Calendar, Speed dial, Built-in microphone, Menu shortcuts, World clock and Phonebook where you can store up to 100 phone numbers.

LG 500 is powered by a Lithium battery that will work up to 150 hours in standby mode and 2 hours 30 min of talks.
