i-mate K-JAM is a stylish and smart Pocket PC cum mobile phone introduced by Qtek in 2005. This is a nice phone with almost all the functionalities you want. It has a camera, GPS receiver as well as cell phone and PDA capabilities. It also incorporates blue tooth, but the phone is too wide and heavy measuring 58 x 109 x 23 mm and weighs 160g.

The i-mate K-JAM comes with a large 3" (320 x 240) TFT touch screen with 65K colors display, looks like a small computer.
