Attractive, stylish and slim the BenQ-Siemens S88 is a smart mobile phone that comes in two stunning colors; brilliant white & cool white. Looks like a classic bar design the S88 is a little heavy handset at 105g and dimensions are 99 x 47 x 17 mm. Technically identical to S68, the BenQ-Siemens S88 has some advanced features as compared to S68.

The BenQ-Siemens S88 comes with sharp & bright 256K colors on a OLED type screen with resolution of 176 x 220 pixels, which is ideal for this category of mobile phones. Just below the display screen you can find numeric keypad with beautifully arranged keys. And just centre of the phone there is a joystick button to control menus. It is equipped with a nice 2 mega pixel digital camera with in-built 16x digital zoom, auto focus and flash to ensure that a quality photo is captured each & every time. We also found a dedicated camera button for ease of use. In addition to still photographs it also records video in MPEG format. You can save all of your photos and videos in phone's 16 MB of internal memory. If 16 MB is less for you, extra memory can be added, it has card slot who accepts miniSD card.

The S88 is equipped with a MP3 player with an excellent 3D surround sound. The player can play various music formats (MP3, ACC and AMR). You can easily download your favorite music from a PC with Bluetooth and USB interface that comes with BenQ-Siemens S88.

For network connectivity BenQ-Siemens S88 supports for Tri-band GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 MHz and GPRS. It offers many other features such as; WAP, Java, 64-channels polyphonic ring tones, which you can select according to your choice from simple to use menu options; It has Composer that allows to make and edit new ring tones, Vibration alert, Call records, SMS, MMS, Games, Build-in hands free, T9, Voice memo, Currency converter, Calculator, Stopwatch and Organizer.

BenQ-Siemens S88 is powered by a 920 Li-ion mAh standard battery which has capacity to work up to 200 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 3 hours 20 min. Its battery takes 105 minutes to full charge.
