BenQ M315 is a smart and attractive 3 band (900/1800/1900 MHz) GSM mobile phone. Its dimensions are 44 x 102 x 18mm and weighs 86g. This light and cool handse will not provide you advance features like MP3, video and speake. But, you will get all the basic features of a mobile. The BenQ M315 comes with CSTN 65K colors display with resolution of 128 x 128 pixels, which is standard resolution for this category of phones.
