Key features and review of the Alcatel One Touch 756

Alcatel One Touch 756 is a very slender and compact handset measures only 106 x 46 x 19 mm and weighs 92g. It has a TFT 256K color display with resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. 256K colors looks more clear and sharp as compared to 4096 and 65K. The One Touch 756 is comfortable to hold and lies well in ones hand. You can find a numercial keypad just below the big display placed on a small space and are not comfortable to press.

This phone is pretty good, it captures video and plays video and MP3, but the video only records for 30 seconds and you can only download that much as well its the same with mp3s as well. You can transfer mp3 from pc to mobile via infra red, using customize sound from your pc suite menu, but the phone's memory is too small & you can't put a complet mp3s.

Alcatel One Touch 756 supports for Tri-band GSM 900/GSM 1800/GSM 1900 MHz, as well as GPRS, and a range of applications such as Java, 32-channels polyphony, voice recorder, SMS, MMS, Vibration alert, facility to download ring tones, Logos and wallpaper, Games, Video Player, Alarm, calculator, organizer, currency converter, voice memo, voice dial, Photo call and phonebook where you can store 800 records.

The phone is powered by a a standard 950 mAh Li-ion battery with an expected stand by of 200 hours and a talk time of 9 hours, this may be vary depending on the usage of various features of the phone.

Alcatel One Touch 756 is superb mobile phone with lot of features; long life battery life, bright screen, camera is also good. The only downside is it's only 4MB shared memory, hence you cannot download a full song or video.
