Key features and review of the Alcatel One Touch 355

Alcatel One Touch 355 is a dual band (GSM 900 / GSM 1800) stylish and user-friendly color handset. It is very compact and lightweight at 45 x 98 x 20 mm and 80g only. It offers CSTN 64K colors display with resolution of 128 x 128 pixels, which is a standard resolution for a mid-range mobile phones. It has nice menu options from where one can control and set various features. The plastic keypad has good placed keys, with the comfortable four-way navigation buttons.

Along with beautiful 16-channels Polyphonic ring tones it offers lot of useful features such as; Vibration alert that will help to knows someone calling if you are busy in a seminar or meeting. To send text message to your beloved it has SMS facility that can write upto 160 characters in a single message. Other features of Alcatel One Touch 355 include EMS, MMS, Games (Snake, Brick, and Block Maniac), Java, T9, Organizer, Calculator and spacious Phonebook where you can store plenty of records.

Alcatel One Touch 355 is powered by a 720 mAh Li-Ion standard battery that has capacity to work up to 320 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 6 hrs. Its battery takes 108 minutes to full charge.

Overall, Alcatel One Touch 355 is a nice mobile phone, but some negative points will may be disappoint you.

* Keyboard buttons are hard to press
* The ring volume is low and it supports WAP, but again it is slow
* It does not sort SMS messages in descending date order
