Key features and review of the Alcatel One Touch 331

Sleek, compact and inexpensive the Alcatel One Touch 331 is a trendy and nice looking mobile phone. It is one of the lightest and smallest cell phone from Alcatel weighing at just 77g and dimensions 42 x 98 x 20 mm. It supports dual band GSM 900 / GSM 1800 MHz. It has monochrome graphic display with resolution of 65 x 96 pixels (6 x 20 chars). It comes with a simple and user-friendly menu in style with other recent Alcatel handsets. You can also find a two-way navigation buttons centered below the display.

Unlike other low range cell phones One Touch 331 offers 35 Polyphonic ring tones which can be select and set trough the menu. Though, it doesn't have a data cable or IRDA to upload ring tones to the phone so the polyphonic sound is useless. But, you can compose upto two new ring tones with in-built composer. Other features of One Touch 331 are Vibration alert, SMS, Alarm, Clock, Dictionary (T9), Organizer, Calculator, Currency converter and a spacious Phonebook where upto 250 records can be stored.

Powered by a 600 mAh Li-ion battery the Alcatel One Touch 331 is a really great phone, the signal is really good and the ring tones great. The simple to use, good battery life, not too much features, but if you purpose is phone calles only, this one works great.
